Michelle Alban is a global corporate communications strategist who shapes global narratives, elevates executive brands and guides organizations through their most defining moments. With more than 15 years of leading communications across Paramount Global, NBCUniversal, and top national crises, she brings a rare blend of newsroom instincts, boardroom credibility and crisis‑tested leadership.
As principal of Lima Charlie Communications, Michelle delivers a comprehensive strategy for brands across media, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and the nonprofit sector. Her signature approach blends sharp reputation strategy, compelling storytelling and a deep command of media dynamics, helping clients break through noise and lead conversations that really matter.
Previously, Michelle served as vice president of communications and social impact at Paramount Global, where she drove multi‑country external and internal communications across the U.S., Latin America and Canada.
At NBCUniversal, Michelle was the senior communications advisor and spokesperson for Telemundo Network, overseeing corporate communications, media relations and philanthropic strategy during the Comcast acquisition, including the deployment of $500M in charitable funds.
Michelle’s leadership spans some of Florida’s most high-profile moments. She led media relations and the press room for Florida’s 2018 gubernatorial and U.S. Senate debates for Telemundo and NBC South Florida Stations, and crisis communications during the Parkland shooting, including a nationally televised CNN town hall.
An Air Force veteran and longtime community leader, Michelle currently serves on the Winter Park Institute board of trustees and has served on the boards of Leadership Florida, Aging Matters of Brevard, the National Wheelchair Basketball Association (Paralympics), Paramount and NBCUniversal Veteran Boards and was appointed to the Broward County Commission on the Status of Women.
She holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a BA in Journalism from the University of South Florida- St. Petersburg.
